You haven't added someone who you would like to message yet.  Follow the steps below to add them. A. Open Bond Link on your watch. B. Head down to "Share," then press "ID". Scan the QR code with your phone, and send it to your friend.  C. Have your friend send you their "ID" using the same method. D. Open Garmin Connect Mobile. E. Navigate to Bond Link Settings: 1.
