Which one applies to you depends on the version of the app you use:  • In-Town 1.5 and later — the policy immediately below.  • In-Town 1.4 and earlier — the policy further down this page. The updated policy for version 1.5 takes effect on September 16, 2026. This date was previously given as September 10, 2026; we extended it to allow more notice. In-Town 1.5 runs on new servers. Accounts and data from version 1.4 and earlier are not carried over: the first time you open 1.5 you will be asked to sign up again, and this policy is shown to you before you enter your phone number. Version 1.5 is still in development, so the policy below may be revised before it takes effect as that work is finished.
